Learners interested in pursuing Dynamics CRM Specialist certifications need to have experience in Windows Server and Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (IIS), and Microsoft Outlook. Experience in CRM Online Deployment (exam MB2-706) is required for those who are interested in pursuing this certification. This includes experience with Microsoft Online products and Office 365 Admin Center.
