Story by A.V. Bugarin, Concept Developer at Two & From
How can you make an impact on the world around you?
We don’t yet know much about the “world”, but we are making a difference in Romania, where entrepreneurs and consumers have had a difficult start to capitalism. We now have one of the fastest internet connections anywhere, with hundreds of services and products competing for consumers’ attention. This has been going on for a few decades. It’s a great feeling to be part of that: getting the right product to the right customer, making it easy and seamless, and identifying their needs. We aren’t afraid to do non-digital work, but all of our work has a strong digital component.
Although we are a diverse group, we all share a passion to create quality. We share this passion and refuse to do the ordinary. The digital world gives us all the tools we need to create campaigns we can be proud of. This comes with a challenge that we are happy to accept: convincing users to interact with brands despite all the information available.
Real work is about treating every project with respect. It’s the work that makes you want to get up from your chair and collaborate with all departments. It’s obvious when we see it. It could also be measured in ActiveCollab notifications per hr, but let’s not get too analytical. What does one day look like in your life and what does it entail.
Morning is when all our creative juices are flowing. After the coffee kicks in we start to talk about the projects for the day. We also monitor ongoing digital campaigns to see what needs optimization and what doesn’t.
Hello! Hello! We use every distraction productively and incorporate it in our creative process. We are also big supporters of the art-copy/dev creative department. We recognize the importance of UX/UI and web development in creating innovative ideas.
ActiveCollab is our digital headquarters. Every client has its own slot, assignees, subscribers. We use email, but ActiveCollab allows us to keep track of everything. It helps us keep track and minimizes distractions. We also love the simple UX/UI. This gives us a fresh perspective on how we work. We feel the responsibility of creating memorable experiences.
